A - It stands for global positioning system and is a satellite navigation system.

A - YES, but only in some EU countries

Q - Is there a trial period?
A - You are covered by distance selling regulations which includes a ‘cooling off period’ of seven working days in which the consumer can withdraw from the contract. In addition we offer a further 7 days, so that you have two weeks to assess whether it's right for your situation.
Any returns must be received as supplied, ie in full working condition with no defects.
Q - Do you offer a monitoring service that will respond if a wearer sends a distress call?
A - NO.
Q - How quick is delivery after I place my order?
A - Please allow 3-4 days for delivery, for devices requiring our programming.
Device only are typically dispatched within 48hrs.
Q - Will this work indoors?
A - GPS (satellite positioning) requires sight of the satellites it uses, so if you go deep inside a large building, the tracker won't be able to work out where it is. Also, deep inside a building, a tracker may not be able to find a phone signal over which to report what it knows.
Assuming you were tracking as the person entered the building, you would be able to see the tracking history: when they entered a building and by which entrance.
Q - Can I use my tracker outside the UK?
A – Yes, but you may incurr roamiong charges
Q - Will my device work anywhere in the UK?
A – Depending on operator coverage.
Q - Will my device withstand heavy shocks?
A – We recommend that you do not subject your device to heavy shock as the components are extremely sensitive.
Q - What is the two-way audio feature?
A - When the SOS or call buttons are pressed on the Pendant Tracker, it will automatically dial the predetermined numbers you chose in setup. You can then engage in audio communication with the wearer.
Q - What happens if I lose my tracking device?
A – We recommend that you insure your device under your contents insurance. Please contact us a soon as possible to cancel your SIM and order a new device.
